...according to the people who made this ad I saw on the back of a bus the other day. All-caps "ALWAYS!!!"

How many people in the chain, from concept all the way through applying the vinyl to the bus, do you think saw irony and/or shame in this? I'm guessing it's close to zero.

The same ones who apparently don't realize that several decades ago, high interest rates and a semi-volatile market made renting a better decision than buying. But who needs history, not like we'll make the same mista.... Oh wait.

Well, I'd rather have a house/apartment than live on the street. But to buy a real estate for economical purposes aren't very smart these days.
